Didn't like the staff, some of them were inefficient.

The caring and knowledgeable staff members provided a few recommendations. We were offered an excellent service. The hotel had a stunning and wonderful position, in' 4 Square' Supermarket in Franz Josef.

The information on booking .com did not tell us the units were 5 km out of town. No problem if you have a car but we did not. It cost us $10 each time we went to town.

Very nice facility with plenty of room for 4 people. Easy check in and out.

Initially, our kitchen was not well stocked with hot beverage choices (only 1 coffee and a few teas. The second night, it was fully stocked. Poor tv reception and remote only worked intermittently. The major issue I had was that the terms of our reservation was not clear. When I used your booking site, I requested a place for 4 people. I remember that I checked it several times which led me to select a 2 bedroom unit. Apparently the quote still only included 2 people. The price was already stretching my budget but then I had an unexpected $66 addition for each of the 2 nights. If I had known earlier that there would be an additional $66 per night I would have not selected this facility. I never would have picked a place which would be over $300/night. So I am not sure who or when this error was made, but it came as an unpleasant surprise. I felt trapped into the reservation because it was too late to cancel.

The place was great. The staff was excellent and delivered exceptional service. It was modern, beautifully maintained and with high ceiling. We had a microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay.
